The day after her HBO drama Euphoria aired its super-intense season-two finale, Zendaya premiered a fresh hair transformation before taking in her boyfriend's latest blockbuster. Casual day for any starlet.
In a super-brief selfie video posted to Instagram Stories on 28 February, the Malcolm & Marie star showed off her curls in a new honey blonde shade. Depending on the lighting situation, she might have left her hair darker at the roots, but she's definitely got some beautiful highlights done at the very least.
Zendaya usually sticks to the brunette look, with occasional forays into red territory, but she's gone blonde before! The actor rocked a platinum blonde pixie at the 2017 British Fashion Awards, writing on Instagram, “A platinum blonde pixie tonight cause why not?” Then in 2019, she showed up at the Met Gala with yellow streaks as part of her Cinderella outfit. (Also, peep the blonde wig in her W magazine spread from March 2021.)
This latest change comes after the actor dyed her hair auburn in December 2021 “for a change.” In addition to showing off her sunny style, she also spent the day at the movies, taking in her boyfriend Tom Holland's new action flick Uncharted.
Peachy manicure in place, Zendaya showed off her ticket and gave the movie a “woop woop” in another Instagram Story.
Despite their busy work schedules, Zendaya and Holland have made getting together a clear priority, showing up at a New York Rangers game in coordinated hockey jerseys and dining together in Rome, just for a fun surprise.
Ever the fashion chameleon, Zendaya attended the 2022 NAACP Image Awards (where she was nominated for outstanding actress in a motion picture for her role in Malcolm & Marie) in not one but two designer looks, first in some white sparkly Valentino and later in vintage Balmain. Will her ever-changing appearance ever cease to dazzle? Prob not.
