The chef, who was a divisive and easily-angered contestant when he appeared on the Bravo show in 2010, was indicted Oct. 6 on three, second-degree felony charges of possession with the intent to promote child pornography, the Plano Courier Star reports

Wilson was arrested Dec. 7, 2010 in an undercover sting. Investigators uncovered several file transfers containing images and videos of children as young as toddlers engaging in sexual acts from his personal computer via the sharing site Limewire in Sept. 2010.

After appearing on Top Chef, Wilson was working as the executive pastry chef at The Ritz Carlton’s Lobby Lounge in Dallas since  2007. However, he is no longer with the company, Marriott International (the parent company of Ritz-Carlton) spokesperson Jeff Flaherty tells The Hollywood Reporter

“I can tell you that we only became aware of the matter last week and that Mr. Wilson is no longer employed at the hotel,” Flaherty said.  “Beyond that we have no additional comment.”

Wilson is currently free on bond with the promise that he will not access the Internet without the use of monitoring software.

Bravo declined THR‘s request to comment.
